Connect your agent
Check SoLoSupport access
Check the chat where you want to use your computer. Installing the plugin, connecting your account and loading its tools are separate steps.
1. Installed
Check that SoLoSupport is enabled in your AI service’s plugins or connections. This page cannot inspect that installation.
2. Account authorized
Start Connect from your AI service when linking for the first time. Sign in with the account that owns your computers and approve only the computers you intend to share. Manage saved authorizations. Signing into this website alone does not connect an AI service.
3. Loaded in this chat
Ask your agent: Show my authorized computers in SoLoSupport. A successful list confirms that the tools are loaded and the connection works in that chat. A saved authorization cannot confirm this.
4. Usable on your computer
Check that your intended computer appears and is online, selected for this connection, and has Allow AI access enabled. For a harmless check, ask the agent to connect to that computer, inspect one screenshot without clicking or typing, and disconnect. Close sensitive windows first. Verify that the session has ended.
Installed, but the agent has no SoLoSupport tools
Local Codex is the tested pilot. Managed cloud access remains unverified. If a cloud chat has no SoLoSupport tools, use a local Codex chat with the plugin enabled for computer work, or use the remote dashboard yourself. Keep cloud work there until its connection can be verified separately.
After enabling the plugin, open a new local chat and retry the computer-list request. If tools still fail to load, check the AI service’s connection error and retry initialization. Restart the local app if needed. Keep a working saved authorization; repeated sign-in cannot make an unavailable plugin load.
Tools load, but sign-in or the computer list fails
For a revoked or expired authorization, start a fresh Connect flow from the AI service. For a network or initialization failure, retry the connection after checking the service’s error. Do not reuse an old sign-in callback or paste credentials into chat.
If the list succeeds but your computer is missing, check the same account, computer selection and Allow AI access. If it is offline, bring its existing Host Agent online and refresh. Preserve its enrollment.
Still blocked?
Use SoLoSupport Help and report the AI service/version, local or cloud chat, plugin version, whether tools appeared, the time of failure and the error with private details removed. Do not include tokens, passwords, authorization URLs or desktop screenshots containing private data.
