Use the account that owns your computers. Sign-in does not grant desktop access.
Check access in your chat
Chat access: unverified. A saved account authorization or an online computer does not show whether this chat has loaded SoLoSupport.
In the chat where you want to work, ask: Show my authorized computers in SoLoSupport. A successful computer list verifies access in that chat.
Local Codex is the tested pilot. Managed cloud chats have not passed acceptance; a plugin installed in the desktop app may be unavailable there.
